  4. Cuando las papas estén bien blandas escurrir el agua y verter las papas, la leche, mantequilla y sal y majarlo hasta hacerlo puré. Una vez todo listo sirva el bistec y el puré con una cuchara le hace una pequeña piscina en la parte de arriba y le vierte un poco de la salsa como se ve en la foto y a disfrutar.
